James Oppedisano

James Oppedisano, 80, of Ozone Park, New York, passed away on January 28, 2024, in West Islip. He was born on February 4, 1943, in Ozone Park. James was a hardworking and dedicated individual who took great pride in his work. He was known for his perfectionism and was always focused on doing his best. He was a family-oriented man who cherished his loved ones.

James is survived by his wife, Donna, brother, Alfred, sister Margie and their three sons, Jimmy, Mark, and John. He was also a loving grandfather to Anna, Ava, Johnny, Angie, and Giana . James was preceded in death by his father, Sam, and his mother, Mary.

In his free time, James enjoyed fishing and gardening playing with his best buddy, Casey. These hobbies allowed him to connect with nature and find solace in the outdoors.

A visitation will be held on February 1, 2024, at Boyd Spencer Funeral Home, located at 448 Montauk Highway, Babylon. The visitation will begin at 4 pm, providing an opportunity for family and friends to pay their respects and support one another during this difficult time.
