Frank Mercado, 94 of W. Babylon NY, Beloved husband of Maria M. Mercado, Loving father of Zulma (Harvey) Gerber, Frank Cardo, Nilma (Anthony) Fichera, and Lynette (Mike) Spaziano. Cherished grandfather of Corinne (Mario) Guerber, Alissa Giarratano, Monica Gerber and Gregory Fichera. Adoring great grandfather of Jordan, Gavin, Tyler, Mikey and Addison. Frank was a Master Diamond Cutter in Pueto Rico. Frank loved his family and was married to Maria for 70 years. Friends and family may visit Monday December 12, 2016 at the Claude R. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday 11:00am at the Ascension Lutheran Church, 33 Bay Shore Road, Deer Kark NY. Interment to follow at North Babylon Cemetery, North Babylon, NY.
