Virginia Loera Garcia

She is preceded in death by her son, John Lujan; her brother, Joe "BooBoo" Loera Jr.; her father, Joe Sosa Loera; brother, Lawrence "Chico" Loera.

Virginia is survived by her loving husband, John Garcia; and her sons that adore her, Anthony Loera and wife Yvonne and their two girls, Arielo and Jada and one son Anthony Loera Jr. and wife Misty Lynn and one great-grandchild, Layla; her son, Joseph "JoJo" Lujan and wife Patricia and their two daughters, Mirya and Marisa; son, Andrew Lujan and his son, Andrew Lujan Jr.. She is also survived by her loving mom Amelia R. Loera and seven sisters, Isabel, Pat, Barbara, Mary and husband Santiago, Veronica and husband James, Rose and Irene also her three brothers, Edward and wife Mary Jane, Michael and wife Gloria and Adam and wife Sonia; aunts uncles, nieces, nephew, cousins, and many more friends.

Virgie was the type of person that could make you laugh. She enjoyed thrift shopping, making cakes for her siblings and her sons and grandchildren and she love to collect wind-chimes of all kinds and she also gave them out as gifts. Our sister Virgie will be greatly missed by all, but she will remain in our hearts forever.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, January 21, 2013 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Avenue. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 am on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at San Jose Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
