Thomas Edward Wade, age 89, of Austin passed away October 29, 2007. Ed was born July 19, 1918 in Dallas, Texas. He served in the US Army in WWII. Ed was a member of the Shrine for 58 years. He has served in the Caravaneers and the Legion of Honor. He has also served in the order of Q. He is survived by his wife, Margie C. Wade of Austin; a brother, Richard Austin Wade of Dallas; one son, Thomas Edward, Jr. of Florida, and two grandchildren. His parents and a brother, Louis Wade, preceded him in death. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 31, 2007 followed by a Masonic Service at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, with Don Long officiating.
