Thelma Lucille Hart, 87, of Kyle passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at her residence in Kyle. Thelma was born on January 15, 1927, in Austin, Texas to William and Annie Childress. She was married to Horace R. Hart, who preceded her in death in 2007.
Survivors include her son, Charles W. Rieg and family; daughter, Carolyn Raye Hart and family; son, Olan Monroe Hart and family; several grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren.
A gathering of friends and family will take place from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday, April 27, 2014, at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home located at 2620 South Congress. A Chapel service will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 28, 2014, at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Interment will take place at 2:30 p.m. Monday at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
