By the time he settled in Bellville, he had a cat, bird, and four dogs.
Terry attended Travis High School until 1966 and then joined the U. S. Army at 17. When he returned home, he started his family with his sons, Terry Jr. and Woody. He married Sandra and added Kevin, Summer, Misty and Dusty to the family.
Later, he married Donna and welcomed her children, Dillon, Daniel, and Demi to the family. He spent time living at Canyon Lake near his sisters before moving to Bellville, Texas.
Terry is survived by his wife, Donna Johnson of Bellville, Texas; children, Terry Johnson Jr, and wife Tina of Bellville, Texas, Woodrow Johnson Sr. and wife Crystal of Granite Shoals, Texas, Summer Walker, Misty Cooper, and Dusty Johnson all of Bastrop, Texas.
