Steve Ray Sole of San Marcos, Texas, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at the age of 71. He was born on September 20, 1952, in Marysville, California, where he grew up.
Steve is preceded in death by his mother Joy Sole and his brother Dennis Sole.
Steve is survived by his children Joy Culwell and Dakota (Kayla) Sole; father Bennie Sole; sister Debbie Sole; grandchildren Greyson Sole, Kaitlynn (Chase) Lee, and Taylor (Maddie) Sole; as well as by great-grandchildren Teagen Lee, Kainen Lee, August Lee, and Madilynn Lee.
Family and friends are invited to attend a funeral service for Steve at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home, 6300 West William Cannon Drive, Austin, Texas 78749 on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 4:00 PM.
A private interment will follow at Live Oak Cemetery on Twin Creek Rd, Menchaca, Texas 78652.
