Steve Prilop, 63, of Manchaca, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024. Steve worked for over 40 years as a residential and commercial painter. He worked alongside his brother, James for most of his life, first for their Dad’s contracting business and most recently for the University of Texas Housing Department. He truly enjoyed working with the people there and was looking forward to retirement. He had a love for hunting, fishing and golf, he won many golf trophies as a teen. He is survived by his daughter, Martha Murillo (Joel), grandchildren, Anastasia, Jeremiah & Sebastian. His mother, Ann Prilop. His siblings, Kim Williamson(Denny), Penny Stevens(Steve), James Prilop(Donna), Jill Snyder(Chuck), Tracy Briggs(Marc), John Prilop(Roxana) and Millie Jones(Jeremy). Also many nieces and nephews. He will be missed by us all.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th, 11 a.m. at Weed Corley Fish Funeral Home on South Congress in Austin.
