My sincere sympathy to Sharon's family and friends in this time of sorrow.

I knew Sharon in high school and thought of her as a good friend. During those years so long ago, we shared and enjoyed many of the same activities, friends and teachers. Sharon was a happy, friendly, talented person -- always willing to shine her light on others with her bright eyes and lovely smile. And, I can still appreciate the bell-like tones of her beautiful singing voice.

Ron, I am so sorry.  I know it’s been a difficult few years.  I am going to remember Sharon as someone who was always smiling,  cheerful and fun to be around.  And UT has lost a great supporter!

Sharon was one of my favorite friends in high school, and I wish we’d kept in touch. She had a strong bond with Pat, Nita, and Toni, and I love that they stayed close. Sharon was smart and full of energy — I cherish my memories of her, and I know she had a wonderful partner in Ron. Kathi (Julius) Jensen


We will always remember Sharon and how she was warm and welcoming to us.  She will be missed and we send our thoughts and prayers to Ron and the family. 

Sharon was  always smiling and friendly to everyone at Wednesday night choir rehearsal.  I recall the pride she had and the rest of us shared when she told us she would be playing Dolly in the Reagan HS production of Hello Dolly!  I didn’t get to see the production but can well imagine the energy and joy of life shared as she starred in that iconic role!

Sharon was a loyal member of First Baptist Church Austin where they reared their two children . She was very active in choir, Sunday school, church services and our Journey Group. She and Ron were founding members of our Journey Group. Until alzheimer’s made it unsafe, Sharon was a great cook and contributed to our home cooked meals every month. She especially loved my decaf home brewed ice tea. Even after she struggled w the disease and before COVID, Ron brought her to most meetings. She knew us all and loved to hug. 
She was a beautiful person inside and out! I am happy she is in a better place now . 
God bless all who cared for her, especially over these last few years!

Ron and Family, I am so sorry for the passing of Sharon.  LIfe is not always fair when we lose someone in the immediate family.  I will always remember Ron and Sharon at the U.T. baseball games at Disch-Falk field.  No matter how cold, rainy or scorching hot, they were always there.  Sharon was always so positive and friendly.  She is in a better place and looking down from heaven on all of us.   Please take care and God bless you and your family.

Good day Ron and family.  I was so saddened to learn of Sharon's death but rejoice in the Lord that she is released from her earthly afflictions and residing in the presence of the Lord.  God be with you all as you grieve her passing and share your memories.  We would love to join you for services but perhaps the virtual service might be best.   Actually our daughter is coming up on Sunday so God 🙏 be with you.
