Seferino "Frosty" Ray Frausto Jr., age 61, of Austin, Texas passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021. Frosty was born September 3, 1960, in Amherst, Texas. He graduated Class of 1979 at Stephen F. Austin High School. He worked for Travis County Heavy Equipment Department for the last 15 years. Those who knew him, knew that he was a hard working man and along with his full time job he often spent time after work underneath a car or truck spending countless hours fixing the cars of his clients until he got the job done. He was married to the love of his life Diana Frausto for 37 years and created a beautiful family. He was a proud father to his 3 sons in which he never missed a football game or event. His only daughter was also tucked tightly by his side, as she was his "Daddy's Girl!"
As they grew older you could always see Frosty with his toes in the sand and beer in his hand at the beach listening to Tejano music with his wife. He would watch his children fish and play catch with the grandchildren while soaking up the sun. You could find Frosty sharing that Budweiser with a stranger and always saving that last dance for his wife at his favorite local bars. He was the life of every party and one we could rely on to make sure we had a great time.
Frosty is proceeded in death by Anacleto Perez Sr. and mother in law Alicia R. Ojeda. Frosty is survived by his wife Diana. Children, Seferino III (Corina), Chris (Diana), Joey (Deanna), Alicia (Shawn) and 10 grand children. Father in Law, Alvino Ojeda Sr., Mother, Eusebia Perez.
