Roscoe Coleman Martin

Roscoe Coleman Martin, Jr. February 2, 1930 – December 14, 2003 Roscoe Martin died at home after an extended illness. He was born to Professor Roscoe C. Martin and Mildred Ellis Martin, in Austin, Texas. Mr. Martin retired from a career with HUD. Following a long stint of time on the East Coast he and his wife retired to Austin in 1997. Survivors include his wife, Helen Edwards Martin; son Jerry LeCroy Jr., and wife Virginia of Huntsville, AL; son Laurens LeCroy and wife Linda of Brandon, FL; son John LeCroy and wife Victoria of Cincinnati, OH; son Richard Martin of Austin, TX and daughter Virginia (Ginny) Lee of Austin, TX; grandchildren are Jonathan, Alicia, Christopher, Michael, Katherine, David, Michelle and Andrew. He is also survived by one uncle, Weyman Martin and his wife, Mary Jo, of Orange, TX. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, December 19th at 10:00 A.M. at Manchaca United Methodist Church with Pastors Larry Howard and Teresa Welborn officiating.
