Ronald was a track star and played football in high school. Ron and Barbara were married August 21, 1950. He joined the Navy October 10, 1952, and was discharged August 10, 1954. He graduated from U.C. Berkeley. He taught school for a few years and then spent the remaining career as a Geologist.
Ron will be lovingly remembered by his wife Barbara of 67 years; his children Leslie (Kenny), and Louise; his grandchild Annie; great grand children, Bodi, Willow and Meadow; wonderful sister-in-laws Fonda (Roy), and Catherine; and his nieces and nephews.
There will be a Funeral Service with Military Honors at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home with Celebrant Dr. Kevin Hull officiating.
