Robyn Kaye Wells

Robyn Kaye Wells, age 72, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 29th, 2017. She was born and raised in Lansing, Michigan. Her parents were Robert F. Innes and Geraldine (Lemm) Innes. She married J. Dennis Wells November 25th, 1967.

She spent most of her adult life as a devoted wife, homemaker, mother and grandmother. She loved her family and her church. She lived to serve them right up until the end. Robyn and her family enjoyed traveling all over the world. Their trips included many countries in Europe, East Africa, different countries in Asia, Australia and New Zealand. Her favorite place to visit was Hawaii, which they traveled to on multiple occasions. She adored her grandchildren and was always present at their events. Robyn enjoyed making costumes for their plays and picking out the perfect card or present for each one of them. She was an active member at Southwest Christian Church where every Sunday she worked with the coffee ministry team and made she sure the high school kids had snacks. In her free time she would knit baby blankets for church families.

She is preceded in death by her parents and older brother. She leaves behind her husband J. Dennis Wells, two daughters Shonna Ingram and Krista Sinclair and her son Darren Wells. Her surviving grandchildren Gavin, Grayson, Garrett and Genna Ingram and Samuel and Amelia Sinclair.

The family will receive visitors from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, November 4, 2017, at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, November 5, 2017, at Southwest Christian Church.
