Robert Joseph Howell, age 92, of Austin, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2005. Robert is survived by his wife, Ruth Howell; sons, Lynn Howell and Mitchell Howell and wife Sharon; grandchildren, Alycia, Adrienne, Dallas, Heidi; and step-son, Ed Wilkins. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Dallas Mitchell Howell and sister Eunice Reeves. Robert was a member of Faith United Methodist Church since 1951. He taught school in Texas for 40 years and retired in 1974. He was also a board member of the Austin Area Teachers Federal Credit Union for 16 years. The family will receive friends from 6:00 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 10, 2005, at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, November 11, at Faith United Methodist Church, 2701 S. Lamar. Interment will follow at Forest Oaks Cemetery in Austin.
