Robert Arthur Hoeber, devoted husband to Dolores Hoeber, loving father to Elizabeth Hoeber Greenberg (David) and Kathleen Hoeber, and adoring grandfather to Noah and Adalyn Greenberg, passed on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 after a brief illness at the age of 60. Robert was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on March 31, 1954 to Robert and Elizabeth Hoeber, who preceded him in death.
Robert lived in Austin, as a dedicated bookkeeper and tax preparer who always strove to give the best service and advice. He was extremely proud of being a Native Texas.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Friday, May 2, 2014 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral services to celebrate Robert’s life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Oak Hill United Methodist Church with Reverend Jim Roberts to officiate. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
