Ricky Lang Wells went to his Lord’s side on May 3, 2017 after a long illness – he was a true native Austinite. Born August 11, 1952, his parents Andy and Rose Wells preceded him in death. He was married to his high school sweetheart and soul mate, Jennifer Sue (Susie) Wells, for 45 years. Ricky fathered two daughters, Christy Davis of Pflugerville and Elizabeth Wells of Pflugerville. The joy of his life was his granddaughter, Genesis Joy Wells, who he helped to raise and loved dearly. He also loved his grandchildren, Brayden Davis and Heather Davis very much. He is also survived by his two brothers Wayne Wells (children, Jameson and Elyssa) of Austin, and Gary Wells (wife Jan and sons, Randell and Russell) of Edmond, OK and special cousins, many other family members and very caring and loving friends. Memorial to be planned at a later date.
