Rhonda Jo Heckmann

Rhonda was the devoted wife of Ray Wayne Heckmann for over 40 years. Together they navigated life's intricacies with love and understanding. As a former dental assistant, Rhonda dedicated herself to helping others and leaving a positive impact on all those she encountered. She is remembered for her loving nature, sense of humor, and her beauty inside and out.

Rhonda’s first marriage to Ron Nowak (dec.) resulted in their daughter, Raina.

Rhonda’s marriage to Ray created a strong blended family with Ray’s daughters from his first marriage, Cheryl and Rachel. Both parents worked hard to ensure these stepsisters became true sisters. They provide each other much comfort and love at this time.

Rhonda is survived by her loving husband, Ray Heckmann; daughter Raina (Nowak) Rabin, son-in-law Stephen Rabin, and grandchildren Sophie and Sam Rabin; stepdaughter Cheryl (Heckmann) Moran, stepson-in-law Buzz Moran, and step-grandson Felix Moran; stepdaughter Rachel (Heckmann) Villareal, stepson-in-law Digo Villareal, and step-grandchildren Aidan and Ethan Smith.

She is also survived by her sisters, Debbie (Easter) Davis and Starla (Easter) Heaton Renfroe; her brother, Danny Easter; her stepbrother, Douglas Gray; and stepmother, Katherine Easter, along with many nieces and nephews.

We celebrate all the love that she brought into the world, and that she is now free from pain, a spirit unburdened soaring in eternal peace.
