Randy lost his battle with cancer after 2 1/2 years and passed away peacefully at home on Thursday May 15, 2014. He fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith. Randy will always be remembered by his humor, quick wit, charm and charisma and of course those big blue eyes and to mom his beautiful teeth. Randy loved his life in Austin, enjoying his hobbies of cars, going to the beach every year with his family, and most importantly working in his yard where he pulled weeds or picked up leaves almost daily. Randy was the biggest cheerleader at his grandsons baseball games, even trying to give him batting tips, then moving on to their weekly TV shows. He was always the first to sign up for a field trip with Little One which he really enjoyed; she’ll miss their daily naps together. Randy was an avid #1 Texas Longhorn fan and kept up with all their sports and attended games when he could. Randy will be remembered for a lot of things but something we all should remember is something Randy always said "Be good to people and people will be good to you"
Randy graduated from Angleton High School and spent the majority of his life as a car salesman which he excelled at and later in life he sold office furniture at Gary's Office Furniture where with his charm and charisma he excelled yet again.
Randy is preceded in death by his mom Vivian Satchell, Grandparents Wallace and Irene Ladewig and Wallace and Rose Satchell and his daughter Elizabeth "Missy".
