Paul C. Serrano

In Loving memory of Mr. Paul C. Serrano Sr. born on January 8th 1924 to Isaile and Guadalupe Serrano in San Pedro de las Colonias Mexico, whose life of faith was completed on Good Friday, April 6th, 2012. His family immigrated to the US when he was an infant. His migrant work experiences are what he used as a foundation for his own family.

After being employed by Economy Furniture for 27 years, together with his wife Susie he established 'P S Upholstery' the business thrived for 20 years until his retirement.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Susie Serrano, "Mi Reyna" as he called her in

2005.

His life was dedicated to his work and his family of six. By his bedside in his final moments he was lovingly surrounded by his family, sister, Liz and brother Joe; sons, Danny and wife Liz, Paul Jr. and wife Cheryl, and his special needs son, Jesse. Also by his side were his daughters, Josie and husband Joe, Tina and husband John, Gloria and all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Carrie and Terry. His soul was a quiet and inspirational dedication to God and family, his demeanor one of a 'True Honorable Gentleman'.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 11, 2012 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress Avenue. Mass of the Christian Burial will be celebrated at 12:00 pm on Thursday, April 12, 2012 at Dolores Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Capital Memorial Park, Pflugerville, Texas.
