Patsy Clay King Givens

Patsy Clay Givens of Kyle, TX, died Monday, June 28, 2004, at the age of 84. She was preceded in death by her infant son Carlton Givens and her son Fred Thomas Givens. A beloved mother, she leaves behind her sons, Jack N. Givens Jr. and wife Mary of Colorado Springs, CO, Michael J. Givens of Manchaca, TX, Gary W.Givens and wife Barbara of Kyle, TX; daughters-in-law, Judy Givens of Morrilton, AR, and Margaret Givens of Buda, TX; nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. Pat spent her life helping others and putting their needs before her own. She dedicated twenty one years of her life working at Brackenridge Hospital caring for others. After retirement she followed her heart to move to the country where she could spend time enjoying nature and working in her garden and flower beds. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 1, 2004, at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, July 2, 2004 at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association, P.O.
