Pat was outgoing and friendly and was the world’s best greeter, always with an outstretched hand looking to give a friendly handshake. He brought joy to everyone he met. He liked going on outings and to the workshop with his friends. He loved going with his father to the Knights of Columbus softball tournaments, where he was so proud that he once hit a home run.
Pat like to envision himself as his favorite TV hero, “Walker Texas Ranger” and would get a big smile on his face when you call him “Walker”. As much as he liked “Walker”, however, Pat’s real life hero and best friend was his brother, Michael. Pat’s favorite times were spent at home with his family, especially during the holidays.
Pat was preceded in death by his parents, J. Eugene and Margaret Anne “Peg” (Tucker) Daman and sister Katherine (Daman) Vickers. He is survived by his sister Anne (Daman) Dahms and husband, Ferd Dahms; brother, Michael Daman and wife, Evelyn Daman; brother, Mark Daman and nephews Shane Daman, Anthony Daman and Dillon Vickers.
