Nancy is survived by her husband of 54 1/2 years, Jimmy Jean, son Bruce Jean, daughter Denise Page and husband Shuler, granddaughter Emily Patterson and husband Blake, granddaughter Laura Berggren and step grandson Travis Page. Also surviving are her brother George Clark and wife Ann, beloved sister Priscilla Hunt and husband Robert, beloved sister-in-law Sondra Jones, and treasured life-long friend Annette Rager Howard and numerous nieces and nephews. Also surviving are the young people who called her Granny all their lives: Jori, Chase, Shanna, Karly, Kendall, Garrett, Trevor, Clayton, Ty, Chloe, and Skyler, and her best friend “Angel” dog. She loved her family and built a lifetime of beautiful memories for them to cherish.
Our heart-felt thanks to all our family, friends, and neighbors who were so loving and supportive during Nancy’s illness. Nancy was overwhelmed by the outpouring of love.
Nancy was a member of Riverbend Church and her funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 26, 2010 in the Smith Chapel of the church, with Rev. Paulette Schwarz officiating. Pallbearers are Travis Page, Blake Patterson, Shannon Ritchie, Dan Case, Chase Renouf, Randy Berggren and Todd Jones. Visitation at Chapel of The Hills funeral home at 9700 Anderson Mill Road will be Sunday Evening from 4 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Interment services are pending at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery near Killeen, Texas. Donations in lieu of flowers should be made to River Bend Church or charity of choice.
