Miles Bennett Turner, 49, passed away January 28th, 2007 in Austin, Texas. He was born in Austin on July 26th 1957 and lived there his entire life. After graduating from Lanier High School in 1975 he spent the rest of his life as a Union Iron Worker and Construction Worker. In his life he contributed to many landmark projects in Central Texas. A loving and caring soul Miles will be missed by many. He was always willing to treat friends like family and family like friends. He will be deeply missed by all. He is survived by his son Myles Maverick Turner, his daughter Sarah Elizabeth Turner, his brothers William Marc Turner and Michael Philip Turner, his nephew Matthew Allen Turner, his father William Gene Turner, his mother Sarah Malone Turner and his grandmother Helen Steck Williams. He is also survived by numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and other family members. A church service was held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, February 2nd at St. David's Episcopal Church in downtown Austin.
