Michael T. Devine

Michael was employed by Barton Creek Country Club for 20 years. Besides his work, he enjoyed cooking and gardening.

He is survived by his parents, Glynn and Gladys Devine; his sister, Patricia J. Bontke and her husband, Walter; his brother, David R. Devine, and his wife, Connie; numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and friends, all of whom he held dear.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from nine o’clock until ten o’clock in the morning, on Friday, the 21st of September 2012, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 3501 Red River Street, Austin, Texas.

The funeral service will be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Friday, the 21st of September 2012, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 3501 Red River Street, Austin, Texas with the Rev. Dr. Mark Nuckols officiating and the liturgy by Rev. Sherman Stenson. Services are under the direction of Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, Texas.

In lieu of flowers and customary remembrances, the family suggests donations be made to St. Paul Lutheran School, 3407 Red River Street, Austin, Texas 78705.
