Mary Elaine Clawson

She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Charles Clawson Jr., her daughter, Billy Elaine Kelly, daughter-in-law, Vivian Clawson, all of her siblings; as well as her parents, Alfonzo and Clarice Solomon.

Mary was survived by a long line of loving family members, including her daughter, Mary Lynn Clawson Randall and her husband Robert S. Randall Jr.; as well as her sons, Albert Charles Clawson III and John Darryl Clawson; grandchildren, Laura Seiler, Kenny Kelly, Robert Randall and his wife Sherry Randall, LaCrisea Tran and her husband Dung Tran, Diane Linder and her husband Randy Linder, and Lela Smith and her husband Bryan Smith; great-grandchildren, Kristin and her husband Andrew Shafer, Kaitlyn Hallum, Lauren Vallie and her husband Logan Vallie, Erica Burton and her husband John Burton, Errin Kelley-Estrada. Creed Linder, Robert Randall IV, Jonathan Linder, Kayley Seiler, Garrett Randall, Chloe Smith and Averi Randall; great-great grandchildren, Kassidy Maxwell, Miles Safer, Liam Hurley, John Kelley Burton, Hudson Safer, Mila Linder, and Audrey Shafer .

Mary will be missed by many extended family members and friends as well, as she during her life touched the hearts of so many.

Mary Elaine Clawson committed her life to creating a home for everyone and every animal she knew. Meeting her was like instantly gaining a Mother, a friend, a support, no matter your background or origin story, you became family to her. She loved her friends like family and her family with a pureness felt generation after generation. The only thing to come close to Mary’s love for those around her, was her faith in God Almighty, for whom now holds her hand in Heaven.

Visitation 10:00 am – 11:30 am on Friday, January 29, 2021 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home 2620 South Congress. Graveside Service to follow at 12:00 pm at Assumption Cemetery.
