Mark was quite a guy! You knew where you stood with him because he was an honest genuine person. When my husband David had a stem cell transplant he and Patty prayed for him daily. He took such pride in his work too. He will be missed by many including David and me.

Mark was a terrific guy and we are going to miss him. He had a corny sense of humor and a sweet, kind heart. I love seeing all these old pictures of him and Patti. It looks like they had a lot of fun together. We hope he has peace and magic on the rest of his journey. Till next time... 

We've known Mark for almost 30 years and always considered him a part of our family. His honesty and erhics were apparent in his work and commitment to his customers. We've known him to be kind and generous by his treatment of those around him.
Mark was devoted to Pattie. Their 30 years together were remarkable both personally and professionally.  Mark and Pattie were so fortunate to have each other. 
We pray for peace and  comfort for Pattie in her loss.

My sincere condolences & many prayers of comfort to all his extended family members, to Mark’s sisters, and to his beloved wife, Patti.

Mark enjoyed coming to visit us, and riding our tractor.  His big smile was synonymous to his giant truck.  He was kid at heart, ready to have fun, especially with Patti by his side.  His voice expressed enthusiastic delight talking of their short adventure trips.

His mechanical abilities and handy-man skill conveyed his deep love and caring nature for Patti.  In the attic, he mounted hand-holds for her safety.  He connected extra bright lighting in the closets, and installed a tiny laundry window for her to evade the cold.  In these ways, Mark revealed his unselfish consideration for Patti throughout their home and in many other ways throughout their business.

Always ready with a helping hand, Mark displayed his genuine compassion for his fellow man in need.  See you soon at the supper feast of our Lord Jesus; when I’ll hear you say, “lets’ break-bread together”.  Until then, dear Mark, a peaceful rest to your caring soul.

Mark has been a part of the family for 30 years.  He always tried to add spice to like and just visiting with him would do exactly that.  He was always ready to help in any way that he could.  We didn't get to see him and Pat as often as we would have liked, but always enjoyed his company when we did.  He was a very good at all things technical and loved installing lights for all purposes, for fun and practical uses.  He was loved and will be missed. Your brother-in-law, Ed

I have known Mark for more than 20 years, he will be missed.  He was always a mentor with a wealth of knowledge.   We called on each other countless times over the years and he always had a knack for breaking down any situation into it's most basic components so that there was mutual understanding and acceptance.  I made a few notes of his words of inspiration to me, I am not sure if they were his originals but he will always get the credit.

I was introduced to Mark from friends and had the privilege of meeting Mark about 20 months ago during the winter ice storm in Austin, TX.  During our first meeting, I found him to be an open, honest and genuine person who called it straight as he saw it.  A fantastic person who would do anything for anyone.  He went above and beyond.  He was a likable guy who could talk with anyone.  He could talk extremely technical and he could break it down so that anyone could understand the content.  He was a hard worker.  He and Pattie had a very special relationship.  They worked together and he protected her and he cherished her.  It was clearly obvious as to how much he cared for her, his customers, and his team.  Mark made a difference to the world as we know it.  Good memories with Mark. 
 His friendship will be missed by me and everyone whom he had contact with.  Rest in peace my friend.

Mark and I met while playing Call of Duty 3 online in 2006. We'd play and talk about our lives and how screwed up the world was. Sometimes we'd talk about how we could fix things and make things better. 

Last year I retired and we moved to Texas from Pennsylvania.  After all this time being friends I finally got to meet Mark. He was all I thought he would be and so much more.

I've lived a fair amount of time and I know when someone is the real deal and Mark was definitely that. When God made Mark he definitely broke the mold. The world would be a much better place with more people like Mark in it. Our condolences to Patty and the rest of Mark's family and friends.
