Maria was born on April 15, 1940, in Colima, Mexico to Jose and Maria Casillas. Maria was one of 15 brothers and sisters. She was married to Roberto Montemayor for 60 years who preceded her in death.
She leaves behind to cherish her beautiful memory, her daughter Marita Carson (Lee) and son Roberto Montemayor (Thelma); her adoring grandchildren Jackie Diaz (Ted), Jennifer Dudley (Darren), Haydee Medrano (Tomas), and Christopher Carson; and great-grandchildren; Brynlee, Harper, and Hunter Dudley; Alessi Medrano and Theodore Diaz.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 30th, 2022, at Weed-Corley-Fish South in Austin, TX beginning 1-2pm visitation and 2-4 prayer and Holy Rosary.
