Lillian Crawford Reid, 95, long-time resident of Austin, passed away peacefully the morning of June 8, 2010 in her lakeside home she loved so much. Lil was born in Big Spring, Texas and was preceded in death by her husband Cecil W. Reid, three brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by her son, Rob R. Reid, grandson, John W. Reid, daughter-in-law, Christi Reid and her children Madison and Hayden Crider, all of Austin.
Lil was a long-time member of Highland Park Baptist Church. She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and having a good time with friends and family. Lil never met a stranger and brought joy and laughter to those whose lives she touched. We will miss her dearly.
Visitation Saturday June 12, 5 – 7 pm Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home. Funeral Sunday 2 pm Highland Park Baptist Church, 5206 Balcones Dr, Austin. Burial will follow at Austin Memorial Park, Hancock Dr.
