It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dianne Casey Livingston, a devoted Christian, who has been welcomed in Heaven, by loved ones who have gone before her. It is a comfort to her family to know she is in good hands and she is free from pain in the physical form. Her grandbabies have been blessed with time they had with her on this earth, knowing she loved them with all her heart.
Dianne was born January 7, 1948, in Natchez, Mississippi and was raised in Hankamer, Texas, by her adoptive parents, Charles and Mildred Casey. After attending the University of Texas and Stephen F. Austin State University, she began a 30 year career as an elementary school teacher. Her dedication and genuine love for teaching and her students is still felt today. She touched the lives of many. Dianne loved to laugh and never hesitated to strike up a conversation with a perfect stranger. She played piano and sang in the choir for most of her life. Dianne is survived by her two sons and their families, Sloan and Jenna Livingston and Casey and Brittany Livingston, and their children, Walker and Nolan.
A memorial service for Lillian will be held Friday, January 7, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Bannockburn Baptist Church, 7100 Brodie Lane, Austin, Texas 78745.
Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.cookwaldenfuneralhome.com for the Livingston family.
