Lee Roy leaves behind to celebrate his life, wife, Mary Lue Milligan; daughters, Gloria Taylor (husband, Clifton Taylor), and Rose Fay Milligan; son, Lee Roy Milligan, Jr.; one brother, Clifford Milligan; four grandchildren, Justin McDonald, Areesha Davis, Christopher Harrell, and Alonzo Milligan; seven (7) great-grandchildren, and a host of friends and relatives.
