All my condolences, go to his family , I live here in San Marcos and I would always see Kyle in my neighborhood one day I started giving him water and always buying food for him when needed , I would let use my phone and play music for hours , I saw the pain in him so I always tried my hardest to support him and make sure he was OK even though I didn’t know who it was hard to talk to him but I remember one time he told me his name was Kyle , that’s how I was able to find this I wish I was able to help more praying for your family

I have so have many happy memories of my oldest nephew Kyle . Summer birthday parties in Chardon on Quail Woods Drive and the girls trick or treating with all their cousins. Getting to go spelunking with Collin, Kyle and Nicholas at Mammoth Caves.  And being part of a trip out west to Lake Tahoe to ski/snowboard. I could go on and on about the memories we share. I am very sad to hear of Kyle’s passing but I hope he’s at peace. Sending our family love today. 

I remember your mom telling me she was pregnant with you. I remember the day you were born,  I remember visiting you and your family on and off over the years. I loved talking to your mom about what was going on in your life… good and bad, happy and sad. You brought so much joy to your parents lives,  and by extension… mine. I wish there was more time, more resources but mostly,  a cure. Hug your grandmother for me.. say hi to your Uncle Bill.

Although we continue to struggle to make sense of this loss, we have amazing memories of Kyle.  One of our favorites happened after a classic pizza on the beach night in Hatteras. Sun-bleached blonde Kyle led his band of our collective kids out into the water for boogie board rides along the shore.  Then the kids took various floatation devices and  rode the gentle waves into shore time after time until the sun set on the horizon, and we had to pluck their tired bodies out of the ocean.  No one loved ocean life more than Kyle.  I imagine that Kyle is somewhere in heaven peacefully riding the waves and as one with nature.  We will love him forever. 

Dear Collin and Jessie,

Frank and I send you our deepest condolences and prayers over the loss of Kyle.  Losing a child is always a heartbreaking experience.  Lean on family and friends to help in your time of grief.

We know from conversations with Chris and Ineke that you have been both supportive of Kyle's independence and provided him with the safety of knowing he is loved.  Perhaps his grandmother has already greeted him with open arms to continue the circle of love he knew in life from his family.

Cherish his memory and ask friends and family who knew him well to share their memories as it may help bring a smile to your lips in the coming months and beyond.

Kyle's obituary is a beautiful tribute to him. We cherish the times we have spent with Jessie, Collin and the kids. We'll always remember their visits, the kids growing up and how much Kyle loved the outdoors and his water taxi ride in Baltimore. 

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Such great memories of Kyle growing up and all the kids playing together. Treasure the great vacations we had together.  Love you guys, Marilyn and Tom.
