He was very proud and loving husband, father and grandfather.

John loved everyone and loved life to the fullest. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. His love and inspiration will live on forever in the hearts of everyone he touched.

Graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2022 at Cook-Walden Capital Parks in Pflugerville, Texas, where he was laid to rest next to his wife Merry Jo of 37 years with Smitty Covey officiating.

He is survived by son, David Edwards and his wife Gaye; daughter, Cynthia Super and her husband Don, granddaughter, Stacy Edwards along with step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
