My whole family was saddened to learn of John's passing but are comforted to know he is with the Father watching over us. Both of you have been invaluable to the community and wonderful to have as friends. All five of my kids grew up knowing that on Halloween you went to the Boyd's house first for candy and a picture!! Please know we are here for whatever you may need.

A party at your house was the first function we attended upon moving into Briarcliff 10 years ago. John will live on in our daily lives and will make us smile. You are in our hearts Billie.

What joy the two of you brought to Briarcliff. What a legacy John leaves Briarcliff and Bee Creek Church. My heart aches for your sorrow but all of Briarcliff rejoices in memory of a life so well lived and a friend so dear.

Just to let you know that Jack and I will always remember the Christmas parties there at Briarcliff and you and John's help in putting them on.  I know everyone in Briarcliff will miss John.  Jack and Bonnie Dooley

Russell and I will miss John .  We  are so thankful for the years we were able to be His small group leaders.  John and Billie were always faithful to our group.  The last time I talked to John, I was in the hospital,he called to tell me how he was praying for me, and if he was a le he would come and see me.  John will be greatly missed by Russell and me.  I will be doing chemo Friday, but my thoughts and prayers will be with Billie!!!
