JAMES ROBERT SMART, age 83, went to be with the Lord on December 29, 2007. Beloved husband of Wanda Lee Smart, of Austin, much-loved father of Vicki and Joe Christian, of Austin, and Karla and Mark Christian of St. Charles, Missouri; dearly loved grandfather of Shanna, Kara, Geoff, Courtney, Kalee, and Alex. He will be missed by us all, and also by his extended family and friends. The family will receive visitors from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Monday, December 31st, at Wilke-Clay-Fish Funeral Home. Services will be held Wednesday, January 2, 10:00 a.m. at Christian Life Church, 4700 Westgate Boulevard, Austin, Pastor Rex Johnson officiating.
