He graduated from Dripping Springs High School and attended Texas A&M University before
deciding on a career in HVAC installation and service. His fluency in Spanish was a great
asset to his business and life. He also was a self-taught computer guru.
Jacob was known for his friendly disposition, eagerness to help and his off-the-wall humor.
His survivors are his daughter, Rhea Boelter; stepson, James Kelley; and former wife, Yesenia
Saucedo Gardner, all of Austin, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Summer and Ross Britt, of
San Marcos; and parents, Mimi and Brad Boelter, of Wimberley.
He will be greatly missed by all.
