On October 26th, 1933, Ingeborg Adela Weimar was born in Frankfurt, Germany to Joseph and Elizabeth Weimar. She had one older brother Jurgen, and a younger brother Ollie, and a younger sister named Christa. In 1955, she married James Thomas Parsons, who was in the U.S. Military, and stationed in Frankfurt, and who was the love of her life and preceded her in death.
She is survived by her two sons, Michael and his wife Jonell of Austin, Texas and Mark and his wife Astrid of Dallas Texas, and her grand children Eric, Sarah, Matthew and Whitney, who will all miss and cherish her memory.
The family of Ingeborg A. Parsons would like to give their heartfelt thanks to her extended family and friends in Heidelberg, Germany or all of their help in her time of need. Words cannot express the gratitude for all that was done. We would also like to thank the staff of Brodie Ranch Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center for the wonderful care she was given while being there.
Mom always did her best to support her family. She survived WWII, and worked over 25 years for the University of Maryland at the Heidelberg Campus. She traveled all over the world as an Army wife and mom, and we celebrate her life, and praise God she is out of pain, and in Heaven, and rejoining her husband.
