Henry Medina age 89 of Austin, Texas passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2020. He was born on Thursday, September 25, 1930 to Juan and Susana Medina in Seguin, Texas. Henry was a member of the Pan American Golf Association and played Minor League baseball for ten years.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Juan and Susana Medina; son, Ernest Medina; siblings, Fidencio Medina, David Medina, Josephina Govea, Raul Medina, Joe Medina and Theodoro Medina.
Henry is survived by his wife Natalia Medina; daughters, Cynthia Medina, Iris Medina; son, James R. Medina; twelve grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; sister, Velia Martinez and many nephews and nieces.
Visitation 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Monday, April 27, 2020 at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, 2620 South Congress with Recitation of the Holy Rosary and Funeral Service to begin at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery.
Due to the current pandemic situation, people are welcome to come and go at the funeral home as long as we maintain only 10 people inside the building at one time.

The cemetery does have a strict rule of only 10 people and will not allow others to stay in their cars during the service.
