Helen D Pearson

Born on February 12, 1946, in Walburg, Texas, Helen was a beloved mother figure to many, extending her warmth and love to all who entered her home. Her sassy, determined, and protective personality was only matched by her deep love for family and friends .

Helen's career was being a dedicated housewife, caring for her family with unwavering love and devotion. She loved her puppy "Peanut", watching Cops and Walker, Texas Ranger. She would always want a hug and always said goodbye and "watch that traffic".

She is survived by her daughters Bonnie Moss, Kimerly Mirick, and Pam Laughlin, her sons Charlie Pearson Jr. and Mark Pearson, her granddaughters Debra Huslage, Michelle Moss, April Moss, Madison Sloan, Lexus Barfoot, Caroline Pearson, and Bekah Moss, her grandsons Joshua Alvarado and Patrick Mirick, and many great-grandchildren.

Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Owen Pearson Sr., and her son, Matthew Pearson.

Helen "Granny" Pearson will be deeply missed by her family and friends, but her memory will live on through the love and kindness she shared with everyone she met. May she rest in peace.

A visitation for Helen will be held Friday, March 15, 2024, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 North Lamar, Austin, TX 78752. A graveside service will occur Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Fiskville Cemetery, 1037 Fiskville Cemetery Rd, Austin, TX 78753.
