I shared many good times with Hamid, in early days of college in Austin. We hanged out a lot and I very much enjoyed his friendship along with his elder brother Javad. He was vibrant energetic and a great guy to be around with. My deepest condolences to Ahmadi family for this great loss. May the lord surround him with eternal peace, love and tranquility.

It is with deep sorrow to learn of the early departure of my beloved best friend/brother of more than a quarter of a century:  Hamid
He was a one of a kind friend and I cherish  thousands memories of him for we shared a hobby/passion together:  pigeons.  He was a great travel companion (he took me to visit Iran twice); a gentleman, hospitable, and a down-to-earth person. I will truly miss his laughter, humbleness and generosity on earth but God needed another Angel.
My deepest condolences go out to his wife, daughter, mother and family.  I pray you will soon find strength and comfort.  Rest in peace my  dear friend and THANK YOU for the wonderful memories.

Hamid Was a great friend , mentor and with his humble personality thought me a lot .His life adventure and success has been always a modivation for me . Hamid was my mentor if I had any complicated business problem he was my to go, guy, we had a special connection I love him as my big brother I learned a lot from him in life, business, and soccer ,I`ll miss him so much and can't believe he is not with us anymore.

Hamid was one of the "gang".  We are a bunch of middle aged Iranian friends who try to get together most weekends just to enjoy each others company and share good food.  Hamid would always bring his specialty yogurt drink called "doogh";  everyone loved it, but  unfortunately he would not share the recipe with us.  He made us laugh with his many jokes.  He often joined me for a match of volleyball  or a game of soccer; he was very passionate and a much better player at soccer than I, which worked out well for me if he was on my team.    We are all going to miss him and want to thank him for many wonderful memories.  

Hamid was our neighbor for the last dozen years. He built a beautiful garden in his backyard and liked to spend the time there and with the white doves he raised. I recollect fondly the time he brought us some vegetables from his garden. He also came over once when we put  a ping-pong table up and played a game with me. Even though he hadn't played in a while he was a natural at the game. Will miss him as a neighbor.
