Gladys Noah, age 89, of Austin, died Wednesday, February 9, 2011. She was born November 22, 1921 to Fannie (Praytor) Hancock and William Clyde Hancock in Alvord, Texas.
Gladys was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Vernon Noah. She is survived by her sons, Don Noah and wife, Debbie of Austin and Larry Noah and wife, Beverly of Jacksonville, Florida; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home with Minister Eddie Sharp officiating.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, February 16, 2011 in the Chapel of Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park.
