Frank was born on October 10, 1929 in Brownwood, Texas, to parents Roland E. Cutler and Hazel L. Cutler. He graduated from St. Edwards High School and briefly attended St. Edwards University before joining Cutler Motor Co. and eventually moving to Jay Smith Chrysler Plymouth. He went on to join Texas Instruments and retired after many years of service.
Frank was a great man and a loving father. He married Daisy Blackstone Cutler in 1950 and they had two children together.
Frank was a social, active man deeply involved in Little League and Boy Scouts for the majority of his life. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and square dancing. His family and friends will remember him for growing orchids and always being there to help friends and family.
He is preceded in death by his parents; Hazel and Roland; sisters, Betty (Tootsie) Henery, of Austin and Doris (Dee) Hubbard of Austin; and brother, Dr. Otis E. Cutler, of Texarkana, Arkansas.
Frank is survived by his wife, Daisy, of 69 years; two sons, Frank K. Cutler Jr. and wife Susan Cutler and Fred Cutler, of Austin, and his grandson, Josh K. Cutler, of Austin.
