Ecclesiastes 3:1-2a
Eugene Frazier, 63, of Austin, Texas, died on October 19, 2010. Eugene was born May 10, 1947 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to the late John and Marion (Mackey) Frazier. He grew up in Pittsburgh then entered the US Marine Corps. While in the Marine Corps, he received his rifle marksman badge and the National Defense Service Medal. After leaving the military, he returned home to Pittsburgh where he met and married Emma Neal. There was one daughter born to this join, Aisha Frazier.
In his spare time, he loved to watch football especially the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also enjoyed traveling, listening to Motown music, watching action movies and talking about current events, politics and the Bible.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Marion Frazier and brother, John Frazier. He leaves behind a legacy of love to his devoted ex-wife Emma Frazier and daughter Aisha Frazier of Austin, TX; his sister Barbara (& Clifford) Milliones and his brothers Kenneth and Regis (& Tampera) Frazier of Pittsburgh, PA; his in-laws Grady and Ludie Neal of Austin, TX; his best friend Preston Tucker of Austin, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends throughout PA, MD, DC and TX.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, October 25th at Weed-Corley-Fish Funeral Home, North Lamar.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 26th at Weed-Corley-Fish Chapel. Interment will be private.
