Tio Ricky it was sad to hear you had passed  I will miss our late night and early morning calls. You where the only one who would call me weekly even daily to see how I was doing after my dad passed and to tell me all about the old times memories y’all had in the old days also I wasn’t expecting for you to go so soon I was waiting for when my boat was fully fixed so we go could go on the lake (ocean as you called it ) like I had promised you I’d take you one day when I visit you again like when I went to work in synder Texas I didn’t even know you lived there I thought is was further from where I was. I wasn’t expecting you to show up on my job site just to say hi and talk awhile it was an amazing surprise and you made my day by showing up when I saw you pull up I saw my dad face until you got off I saw you.  I was already in tears with happiness 

My dear grandpa. He always took good care of us. Especially me 😇. He would take me to get icee’s at Omar’s store. And when he picked me up from school I would always ask for a sausage croissant from Jack in the box. He could never say no to me. He was my most favorite person in the whole world. And I was his “darling”. At the end of every phone call we would yell “ciao” at each other until I would eventually hang up because he never did. Funny man, he was. I‘ll miss you always. Ciaooooooo

Ricky wasn’t just my brother in law he was like a brother to me, he was always there since I was a little girl, one of my fondest memories of him was when I got married I didn’t have anyone to drive me to the church so he offered to drive me, helped me get out of the car dress and all he tried his best for my dress not to get dirty (it had rained that morning) I’ll always appreciate that.  He loved my parents as his own and they adored him as well! He was NEVER a lazy man always worked & provided as best as he could to his family  regardless! He was a kind soul! I hope you finally find your Peace Ricky!  Your little sister-in-law Earma  (that’s what he’d call me) 

My greatest memories that I shall forever cherish is the day I married a Houston Texans may I say My daddy was a Dallas Cowboys fan from heart so growing up as a child all I knew was Cowboys no other team not knowing in the future id marry the Cowboys revival Texans. Everytime Dad would call me FaceTime our conversations would always end of daddy saying "Juanito how about them Cowboys" and my husband reply "No Rick or how my husband gave him the nickname China Man Houston Texans"..Dad would always tell my husband Juanito before I die or day I die watch your going to become a Dallas Cowboy fan..My husband would say No your going to be a Houston Texans. I also loved hearing dads conspiracy theories he had a few the moon was one of them I'd tell him we have a lil Ricky here my son the same way with theories..I can go on and on but one thing in heart last year you'd tell me stories of me when I was a child or of my siblings sometimes when you were a little boy how Abuelito would catch you doing little mischievous things but how you would always tell me how much you will always love mommy how far away you were..Its hard to say ill miss our calls and video chats but most the I Love You daddy and you I love you Chaparita or Mija.. You had so much jokes with laughter but every phone call im going to miss how you harass Juan with como se decir How About Dem Cowboys...until then Goodnight Daddy love you siempre Erika 

To my always & forever (our song) Thank you so much for the short life I had with you, for our children for choosing me as your wife I forgive you for everything I hope you forgive me!! You will forever be in my heart ❤️ may you fine peace . Love you! Forever RIP!

My dear Tio.. I will forever miss your messenger calls and text… you would randomly send me pictures whether it was of the chickens or your little rascals ( that you would call your grandkids) or just anything you would come across…you would call my daughter Kalyssa ( La Wendy Girl) ever since you saw her with the 2 pony tails… and me La GoGo.. why? I never new…but I’m glad that we always stayed connected.. Henry, (ain't he a good boy) that was one his favorite things to say, and Burr, Burr was regarding a Raccoon Henry had rescued when he stayed with me, the Burr is the sound the Raccoon would make, and we named him Ricky Bobby from the comedy movie Talladega Nights.
Henry was a joker, everything to he said would have to be a joke in there somewhere, boy I remember one time Henry asked me to teach him about Facebook,  that was it, I had to disconnect the wifi after that to get him away from that, boy that Hen Hen ( is what I called him) he loved the internet and social networking,  Good man he was, one of my dearest friends, lives with me as my friend and roommate for about 12 yrs, we'd call each other care taker, he was my caretaker and I was his, I'd be his tech guy and he would be my handy man,  he could fix everything and anything,  but he couldn't fix me, lol.
Man I don't want to be sad about him going, but I can't help it, because Henry would probably joke about something at his own memorial,  that's just the kind of man he was,  why cry when you can laugh about things instead.
We were like brothers, family,  he loved his beer, he sure did, u remember when I first met him and he came to my house to give me an estimate on building a patio cover, soon after we became friends and thr friendship grew stronger and stronger, God I hope I'm not taking space from others to post their memories but I can't help it, we had a long and close friendship,  so much to say but I'll stop here, and end it with just this, all that knew him, knew Henry was dear to me, Gonna miss you Hen Hen, Burr

My heart is broken,  I will miss you very much Rick.
