Elizabeth Ann Ward

Ann was born in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada on November 17, 1939, married Grady Ward and went on to have four children.

She touched the lives of many while working as a caregiver for children for many years.

Ann is preceded in death by her husband, Grady Ward; her mother, Mary Ali; her brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Bill and Ruby Keenan; and her daughter and son-in-law, Susie and Tony Herrera.

Ann is survived by her children, Maureen, Vera, Joey and Michael; grandchildren, Richard and Lisa, Joshua and Stephanie, Chuck, and Georgia; great-grandchildren, Diego, Elizabeth, Julianna, Jacob, and Sophia; and by many more family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home.

Graveside services will be held at 3:30 p.m., Thursday, January 31, 2013 at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Memorial Park located at 6300 West William Cannon Drive in Austin, Texas. Father James Martin of Saint Ignatius will officiate.
