Eileen, the daughter of Walter and Grace Hough, was born in 1952, and was raised in San Antonio.
Eileen was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Grace Hough, brother, Danny, and sister Mary Grace as well as brother Gregory. She is survived by siblings, Dennis, Tim, Brian, and Roseanne as well as daughters, Rachel and Elizabeth and grandson, Ryan.
Private services will be held at St. Catherine of Siena.
