"To all my loved ones I leave behind
I love you all dearly.
Try not to weep. Life is too short. Although I have had a long life. Five generations in my family. Just think of all the good times and fun we all had together. I am going to a new place and meet Jesus face to face. I will rejoice with my other children waiting for me. Debra, Sam, Glenn, Ronny, Mickey (husband), grandson John, David. The Garner Circle has been broken, but it's mending one by one. Someday it will be a full circle again. My enjoyment of my life was being with you all."
She touched the lives of so many people. A people lover, she would give anything to help anyone. She considered everyone family. Edna loved to go fishing, long walks with her friends, and eating seafood, Mexican food and drinking margaritas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mickey; daughter, Debra; three sons, Ronny, Glenn, and Sam; sister, Alice of Gonzales, Texas. She is survived by the Peel family, James, Michael, and Tammy. She is also survived by Susan Garner Green; Ricky Garner (wife Debbie), 9 grandkids, many great-grandkids and one great-great grandson, a beloved Chihuahua Tina Marie and a laid-back cat named Steiner.
"I'll be waiting at the stair steps of heaven for each and every one of y'all. I love you all so very much.
- Mama -"
