Donald C. Streetman

Buddy graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in 1956, and went to work at Texas Department of Health, where he was employed for over 37 years before his retirement.

He was also a reserve member of the Texas National Guard.

Buddy loved and derived great pleasure from his grandchildren and great grandchildren, golf and his Texas Longhorns. He and Pat enjoyed going out to dinner and watching Longhorn games with friends. Buddy stayed in close touch with his Austin High School classmates and was a regular at their weekly get togethers at Central Market. He was a member of the Texas Woodcarvers Guild and created beautiful carvings that he shared with family and friends. Buddy was also an active member of St. Theresa Catholic Church.

He is survived by his wife, Pat Streetman, his daughter Shari Streetman of St. Anthony, MN, daughter Rhonda Reid and husband Larry of Goldthwaite, TX, son Brad Streetman of Round Rock, TX, step sons, Steve Scott and wife Amy of Georgetown, TX and Jeff Scott and wife Lyn of Arlington, TX.

He is also survived by grandchildren, Kristen Adams and husband Travis, Kyle Reid and wife Sonni, Kourtney Jirasek and husband Blake, Rachel Scott, Logan Scott and great granddaughters, Hadly and Cooper Reid.

Buddy is preceded in death by his mother, Mattie Ruth Harshbarger, father, Emmett Marshall Streetman Sr, brother, Emmett Streetman and granddaughter, Ashley Scott.
