She always had a smile on her face, and love in her heart. Her love for Jesus and Mary was an inspiration to all. Her devotion to her family and those in need was truly amazing. She will be forever loved and missed. She will always be lovingly remembered.
Debbie was born and raised in Elmira, New York and is the oldest child of Tom and Betty Golden. She has 2 brothers and 5 sisters that she has maintained a very close relationship with throughout her years in Texas.
In 1979, Debbie moved to Texas and married her husband of 31 years, Bruce Wilkinson. During a stay in England, Debbie was blessed with the birth of her son, Luke. After returning to Texas, Debbie was given the gift of Dawn. Her children were her greatest joy. She opened her arms and heart to the additions to her family, Chris Angier and Kristen Kirkland Wilkinson. Her joy at the birth of her grandson, Elias, glowed in her face when she spoke of him. Her excitement at the news of the child Luke & Kristen’s will have was contagious.
Debbie was preceded in death by her father and mother, Tom and Betty Golden; her brother, Frank Golden; brother-in-law, Dan Parker; her mother and father-in-law, Irene and Bobby Wilkinson.
She is survived by her husband, Bruce Wilkinson; her son and daughter-in-law, Luke and Kristin Wilkinson; her daughter, son-in-law, and grandson, Dawn, Chris, and Elias Angier; her brother and sisters, Dick (Linda) Golden, Cindy (Dave) Guyette, Sue Parker, Maryanne (Mark) Hitchcock, Diane (Ric) Augustine and Beth (Mike) Cantando.
