Debbie is proceded in death her Mother Joyce Harris, Father Rodney Lentz, Aunt Wilma Williams, Uncle Paul Williams and Step-Daughter Crystal Childress.

Debbie is Survived by her children Thomas Childress, Julian Arrellano and Michelle Guill, her Grandchildren Kolby Childress, Kory Childress, Jeremy Childress and Lindsay Sanders,
