Craig L. Potts of Buda, Texas joined God on February 12, 2019 in Austin, Texas. He was born in Des Moines, Iowa on July 26, 1953.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Glen Guy Potts and Evelyn Kennedy, sister Glenda Trujillo and niece, Heather Potts.
Craig is survived by his wife of 20 years, Kathy Potts; sister, Sandra Trisko; brother, Randy Potts (MaryJo); brother-in-law, Bill Haskins (Charlotte); and numerous nieces and nephews.
Craig moved to Austin, Texas in 1987. He was a self-employed Remodeler who enjoyed creating new surroundings he would call himself the "House Doctor", and he was an Artisan chef who loved to cook for family and friends.
Services are pending, and a Celebration luncheon of Craig's life will be held at a later date.
